Position Title: Corporate Lawyer
Job Type: Full Time, 9hours/day
Location: Raouche - Beirut
The Corporate Lawyer provides legal advice and services to businesses, handling a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, intellectual property, contracts, compliance, and labor law. They work closely with company executives and other departments to ensure that all business activities adhere to legal requirements.

What will your day look like?
• Provide legal advice on matters such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and other business transactions.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they are legally sound and protect the interests of the company.
• Manage legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and drafting relevant documentation.
• Ensure that the company complies with relevant laws and regulations, including securities, labor, environmental, and other applicable laws. Advise on risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and manage corporate litigation, including resolving disputes related to contracts, intellectual property, or other commercial matters.
• Provide guidance on employment contracts, workplace policies, and labor law issues, including employee relations and dispute resolution.
• Provide guidance on all legal matters related to international expansion.
You are the Corporate Lawyer we are looking for if you have:
• Bachelor degree in Law.
• Member of Bar Association
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate law
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Advanced legal certifications or training in corporate law is a plus (e.g., LL.M in Corporate Law).
• Familiarity with international business transactions and cross-border legal issues
