A food company located in antelias is looking for a **Production Coordinator** to lead and supervise production activities, ensure hygiene & food safety and coordinate scheduling and maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise production staff & schedule tasks
- Ensure hygiene, food safety & packaging standards
- Monitor inventory, raw material supply & stock
- Oversee equipment maintenance & repairs
- Support continuous improvement & efficiency

**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems
- Leadership & organizational skills
- Fluent in Arabic, English & French
