We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of data-driven decision-making—transforming financial, sales, and margin data into meaningful insights that shape strategic direction and performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends and improve business outcomes
- Build and automate performance dashboards and reporting tools
- Conduct variance analysis, forecast modeling, and root cause investigations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Marketing) to align data insights with business goals
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to executive leadership

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau (ERP/CRM experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
