Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Generate leads and secure group bookings, corporate stays, and events.
• Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Conduct sales visits, cold calls, and networking to expand the client base.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize hotel profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hotel packages and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques in the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
