Administrative Coordinator

HSB Global - Lebanon - Beirut
Responsibilities:
 Answer and direct phone calls
 Organize and schedule appointments
 Handle requests and queries from Senior managers and executives
 Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
 Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
 Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and E-mail
 Update and follow up with employees on office policies and procedures

Requirements and skills:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
