Wardrobe Assistant (Dresser for KSA)

Location: Mainly between Saudi Arabia and Great Britain, but willing and able to travel elsewhere, as required.


Role
Assist the Wardrobe Manager with all tasks related to the principal’s clothing and accessories, such as handbags, shoes, belts, cosmetics, toiletries

Main duties and responsibilities
• Work as a general member of the principal’s team of Wardrobe Assistants and take specific roles, as assigned by the principal and the Wardrobe Manager
• Assist with creating appropriate systems for the management of the principal’s clothing, accessories, cosmetics and toiletries, including storing, viewing and retrieving all items
• Adhere to established systems to ensure, on a daily basis, the proper and organized management of the principal’s clothing and accessories
• Assist in ensuring that the principal’s clothes and accessories are always in perfect condition and ready to wear or use
• Help the principal to dress, have her hair and nails done, and do her makeup, in a timely manner, daily
• Pack the principal’s clothing and accessories for trips, vacations or dispatch elsewhere
• Read, remember and note the brand labels of the principal’s clothing and accessories


Experience
Prior work as a fashionwear sales assistant in a boutique, personal shopper or a similar organizational role in fashion or in a beauty salon


Personal profile
• Good fashion sense and style
• Twenty-five to forty-five-year-old woman preferred, but candidates considered on capability and maturity
• Career orientated, with work a first priority
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Professional, diplomatic and presentable, with good interpersonal skills
• Amiable, honest and of an open and keen disposition
• Loyal, trustworthy and discrete
• Willing and able to live and work abroad
• Proficient in the use of an iPad, preferred but not essential
