We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Supplier Pickup & Workshop Assistant. This dual-role position involves collecting materials from suppliers based on purchase orders issued by the purchasing department and providing support within our jewelry workshop.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Collect goods from suppliers according to the schedule provided by the purchasing department.​
-Verify the accuracy of received items against purchase orders and delivery notes.​
-Ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods to designated locations.​
-Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to coordinate pickup.
-Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow within the workshop.​

*Qualifications:
-Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type used.​
-Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within logistics or supply chain operations.​
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.​
-Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.​
-Basic understanding of workshop operations; experience in a jewelry workshop is a plus

ضمان النقل الآمن والسليم للبضائع إلى المواقع المحددة
التواصل الفعّال مع الموردين والفرق الداخلية لتنسيق جداول الاستلام ومعالجة أي مخاوف
التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لتسهيل سير العمل داخل الورشة.

المؤهلات*
رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول تتناسب مع نوع المركبة المستخدمة
خبرة مثبتة في دور مشابه، ويفضل في مجال اللوجستيات أو العمليات المتعلقة بسلسلة التوريد
مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة
مهارات تواصل جيدة وسلوك مهني
فهم أساسي لعمليات الورشة؛ الخبرة في ورشة مجوهرات تُعتبر ميزة إضافية
