Billing Operator – PM Shift

Salary: 500-550$
A company located in Antelias – Fouwar is seeking a Billing Operator for the evening shift.( 03:00 pm till 11:00 PM )

Key Responsibilities:

-Check Wilton cakes schedule for the following day
-Print and forward branch and sales client orders to relevant departments
-Receive prepared order forms from the delivery warehouse team and issue corresponding invoices
-Review special orders and communicate them to the concerned departments
-Issue total production quantity reports
-Contact distributors to collect next-day orders
-Handle end-of-shift cash counting and send cash-out report to the cash controller
-Perform additional related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
-Good computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
-Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
-Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
-Trustworthy and reliable
