Indoor Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals and build customer relationships. This role is primarily based indoors and involves responding to inquiries, following up with leads, and providing support to customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Follow up on sales leads and convert them into successful deals.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, showroom, warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in indoor sales or retail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Customer-focused mindset.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
