Responsibilities:
- Create accurate clothing patterns based on design sketches, tech packs, or physical samples
- Draft, grade, and modify patterns by hand and/or using CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Optitex, Lectra)
- Collaborate closely with designers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure proper fit and construction
- Attend fit sessions, make adjustments, and ensure design integrity is maintained
- Ensure patterns align with production methods, fabric behavior, and size specs
- Maintain organized pattern records and manage pattern updates throughout development

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a pattern maker in apparel/clothing (womenswear, menswear, or both)
- Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and textile properties
- Proficiency in pattern-making software and manual drafting
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- [Optional] Fashion design or pattern making degree/certification preferred

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with 3D software (e.g., CLO3D, Browzwear)
- Knowledge of sustainable or zero-waste pattern making
- Familiarity with both knit and woven garment categories
