Senior Tendering Engineer - Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation and submission of electrical tenders and technical proposals.
• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with procurement and estimation teams to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose value engineering solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all proposals comply with technical and commercial standards.
• Support project execution teams by providing technical input during mobilization and handover stages.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering and engineering, preferably in electromechanical contracting.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale electrical tenders.
• Strong knowledge of local and international codes and standards.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English
