What You'll Do:
• Manage and nurture relationships with our premium, high-value clients.
• Understand client needs deeply and offer tailored solutions using our existing services/products – no cold calls required.
• Identify and seize upselling opportunities to maximize value for both the client and the company.
• Provide outstanding, concierge-level service that reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and interactions using CRM and tools like Ziwo and others.

What Makes You Shine:
• Fluent in English
• Experience with luxury products/services is highly preferred.
• Highly presentable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with software like Ziwo and popular CRMs is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
