Route Operator-Home & Offices Delivery

Main Purpose of Job:
RO responsible for providing courteous & efficient water delivery service as licensed driver, according to company Route Engineering while implementing or
assisting to implement a sales process

Key Outputs:
- Work to achieve the monthly sales target
- Recruit new customers and meet the monthly target to maintain the sustainable growth
- Collect the due aging and prevent the overdue
- Work hardly to retain the existing customers by providing them with a five star service to gain loyalty
- Operate his route efficiently by having a very high success delivery rate and help his team leader in the ongoing reengineering for this purpose
- Maintain neat & clean personal appearance to uphold public image of company
- Respect the company's policies and procedures
- Act safely and contribute to ensure a safe work environment
- Deal with the company's properties responsibly

Key Experiences:

- Preferably to have sales experience
- Professional driving experience (Trucks)/Tout Mark
-Good Customer Service
-Good communications skills
-Read and write
-Arabic/Basic English
