Job Opportunity: Civil Project Manager

A market-leading company specializing in swimming pools and turnkey water & wastewater treatment design and build projects is seeking a Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage all civil project operations across its portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Design Coordination – Lead project planning, collaborate with design teams, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
2. Budgeting & Cost Estimation – Prepare accurate project budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies.
3. Construction Oversight – Supervise on-site execution, manage contractors, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
4. Swimming Pools building and Water Treatment System Management – Oversee civil integration with Swimming Pools and water treatment systems in accordance with technical specifications.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Permitting – Ensure all civil works comply with local codes, permits, and environmental regulations.
6. Team & Stakeholder Coordination – Manage multidisciplinary teams and maintain communication with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
7. Specialized Technical Oversight – Provide expert input on technical challenges, particularly in water infrastructure and swimming pool systems.
8. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain comprehensive project records and provide regular progress reports to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project management and execution
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in water-related infrastructure is highly desirable
