Senior Marketing Performance Specialist

Job Description
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and others.
• Manage campaign budgets, bids, and performance targets to meet client objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and media planning teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
• Prepare performance reports and present results to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within international advertising or media agencies is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in paid social advertising across multiple platforms is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Certifications from Meta (e.g., Meta Certified Media Buying Professional) and/or Google (e.g., Google Ads certifications) are a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Excellent communication and project management skills
