As the IT Manager, you will play a strategic role in leading the organization’s IT function, ensuring seamless business operations, strong security measures, and effective digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with all departments, develop IT policies, and implement cutting-edge solutions that align with business goals.

Develop and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with business needs.
Continuously evaluate new technologies, ensuring the company stays ahead in digital transformation.
Lead IT policy development, ensuring data security, system integrity, and compliance.
???? Infrastructure & Business Applications
Oversee and manage all business applications, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
Lead the implementation, integration, and customization of business applications such as Oracle EBS, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Sales Force Automation.
Ensure system efficiency, security, and reliability across all IT operations.
???? Budgeting & Vendor Management
Plan and manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to maximize cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate, negotiate, and approve hardware, software, and service contracts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT solutions and negotiate the best deals for the company.
???? IT Security & Compliance
Establish and enforce IT security policies to protect company assets and prevent cybersecurity threats.
Develop business continuity plans, ensuring disaster recovery strategies are in place.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory IT requirements.

Ensure all company departments receive top-level IT support.
Develop and oversee IT training programs to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
Supervise and update IT documentation, policies, and best practices.

Oversee performance evaluations and ensure team development through training and mentorship.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
✔ 8+ years of experience in IT, preferably within the FMCG / Pharmaceutical sector.
✔ Strong knowledge of business applications, IT infrastructure, and security.
✔ Experience with Oracle EBS, Data Warehousing, BI, and Sales Force Automation.
✔ Certification in ITIL and Project Management is a plus.
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and drive business impact
