Creative marketing associate

The Creative Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across all branches and platforms. This includes managing social media operations, conducting in-store brand audits, coordinating supplier deliverables for activations, and assisting in content production. The role ensures alignment with brand guidelines and operational efficiency across all marketing activities.

Responsibilities
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across stores and digital channels.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, posting, community engagement and paid social media ads.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and on-the-ground content for live coverage across all digital channels, ensuring it reflects the brand’s tone, style, and visual identity.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, campaign results, and engagement metrics.
• Monitor and report on franchise social media pages to ensure brand alignment.
• Track and analyze competitors’ social media activity in both local and franchise markets.
• Assist in planning and executing visually engaging photoshoots and video content, ensuring high aesthetic standards.
• Stay updated on visual and industry trends to inform content and social media direction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, from sourcing quotations to overseeing the execution of marketing activations and events.

Qualifications
• Strong coordination, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Naturally in tune with visual trends, with a sharp eye for detail and composition.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments, loves being on the ground, engaging with people, and bringing energy to shoots and activations.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management preferred.
Agency background is a plus
