• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Management Specialist to join our operations team at Safawi Trading Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse, tracking product movement, and ensuring that inventory data is accurate and up to date. If you’re experienced in inventory control and Excel reporting, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Update inventory sheets and systems using Microsoft Excel and/or inventory software.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to manage incoming and outgoing stock.
• Generate reports on stock movement, reorder points, and shortages.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and propose actions.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products.
• Assist in improving inventory tracking processes and controls.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic; English or French is a plus
