The Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) at the American University of Technology (AUT) is inviting applications for the position of Dean of the Faculty with a starting date September 2025. This is a senior leadership position for a dynamic and visionary individual to guide and promote the diverse disciplines within the Faculty, fostering a vibrant intellectual environment for students and faculty alike.

* Position Summary:
The FBA Dean is the chief academic and administrative officer of the Faculty, reporting directly to the Provost. The Dean provides strategic leadership, oversees academic programs, manages faculty affairs, promotes research and scholarship, fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensures effective operation of the Faculty in alignment with AUT’s mission and strategic goals.

* Qualifications:
Candidates should hold a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Business Administration or related field from a recognized university.
Possesses a distinguished record of scholarly achievement, teaching excellence and academic leadership.
A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities brought by technological advancement.
