Main responsibilities:
-Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.

-Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value through sourcing initiatives.

-Lead complex negotiations for high-value contracts and long-term agreements.

-Manage relationships with key suppliers, including performance evaluation and risk mitigation.

-Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and supply continuity.

-Collaborate with suppliers to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

-Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements.

-Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

-Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes when necessary.

-Work closely with engineering, production, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement with operational needs.

-Participate in product development and design changes by advising on material selection and supplier capabilities.

-Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay ahead of trends, price movements, and supply risks.

-Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including geopolitical, supply chain, and price volatility.

-Lead and mentor junior buyers or procurement staff.

-Share best practices and help build procurement capabilities across the organization.
