Junior IT Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
Performs IT support activities to ensure the efficient resolution of technical issues, timely end-user assistance, and proper configuration of systems across all SABA offices. This includes technical support, system administration, trends analysis, documentation and knowledge management.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides basic and advanced IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoots complex technical problems
Escalates critical issues to appropriate teams when needed
Manages user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Assists in deploying new applications/IT systems
Analyzes support trends and recommends proactive solutions
Maintains documentation of solutions and creates knowledge base articles
Skills/Qualifications:
Diploma in information technology or a related field
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge in technical support tools is preferred
Communication skills in English and Arabic
Problem-solving skills
Teamwork skills
Time management skills
