Role Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for analyzing financial status and recommending actions by collecting, monitoring, and studying data.

Main Duties
• Coordinates with accounting department in order to have an effective cooperation which leads to best results.
• Monitors and maintains system prices by ensuring and verifying that all data related to pricing are accurate.
• KDD process “knowledge discovery in databases" and data mining information; collecting, mining, and monitoring.
• Extracting data, building tables and dig deeper into results to ensure proper data analysis.
• Prepares reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assists the financial team in monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Assisting in various accounting and financial management duties.
• Perform a budget and form analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality in the workplace and task assigned by the organization.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• A minimum of 2-years’ experience in a related field

Technical knowledge, skills & abilities required.
• Advanced Excel and other web-based Business Intelligence tools is preferred
• Knowledge of Accounting systems, mainly Oracle JD Edwards

• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into details while maintaining an understanding of the big picture
• Proactive, with strong ability to solve complex accounting and operational issues
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
