• Develop and implement the country sales policy to meet company objectives.
• Set and monitor sales targets for direct and indirect sales teams.
• Build and manage a robust distribution network to maximize market coverage.
• Evaluate, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs and enhance sales strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the national sales and distribution team to achieve high performance.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, distributors, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align ad campaigns with business objectives.
• Coordinate with logistics on route planning and with warehousing on inventory levels specifically prior to seasonal or special offer extra demand expectations.
• Manage the sales and distribution budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Undertake pre and post evaluation of promotions
