We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing internal and external audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits.

Lead audit teams and ensure audits are completed on time and within scope.

Assess risks and evaluate internal controls and processes.

Prepare audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.

Communicate audit results and collaborate with departments to implement improvements.

Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

✅ Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CIA, or equivalent preferred).

Minimum 5+ years of experience in audit, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and auditing standards.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
