Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment (job postings to onboarding)

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance reviews

Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration

Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor laws and company policies

Develop and implement HR initiatives to boost engagement

Maintain meticulous HR records and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field
✔ Experience: 3-5 years in HR (generalist or specialist roles)
✔ Technical Skills:

HRIS software (Odoo, SAP HR, etc.)

Advanced Excel for reporting

Payroll systems experience
✔ Soft Skills:

Fluent in English & Arabic (written/spoken)

Exceptional interpersonal abilities

Discretion with confidential information
✔ Nice-to-Have:

Certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
