1. Microsoft 365 E5 Administration
* Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 E5 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender for Office 365, Power Platform, and Security & Compliance Center.
* Configure and enforce security policies, conditional access rules, MFA, DLP, and encryption.
* Oversee license allocation, usage optimization, and renewals.
* Administer advanced Microsoft Defender features and threat protection configurations.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve user or system issues within the M365 environment.
2. Microsoft Azure Administration
* Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), identity governance, and hybrid identity integration with on-premises AD.
* Provision and administer Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, and security groups.
* Manage Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
* Implement and maintain Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and security baselines.
* Optimize cloud costs and resource performance.
3. Windows Server Administration
* Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) in both physical and virtualized (VMware/Hyper-V/Azure) infrastructures.
* Plan, execute, and validate patch management, service packs, and security updates.
* Perform OS upgrades, role configurations, and cluster management.
* Manage Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Certificate Services.
* Troubleshoot complex server, storage, and network-related issues at L3 escalation level.
4. Upgrades, Patching & Security
* Plan and perform scheduled system upgrades with minimal downtime.
* Apply security hardening best practices for all Microsoft workloads.
* Maintain patch compliance for all on-prem and cloud-hosted servers.
* Monitor and respond to security alerts and vulnerability reports.
5. Operational & Performance Management
* Maintain high availability and performance across all Microsoft services.
* Monitor systems and applications for health, capacity, and performance optimization.
* Maintain detailed documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for all tasks and configurations.
* Collaborate with L2 and other teams to provide guidance, escalation handling, and mentorship
