We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie experienced with Lebanese cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present menu items in your section.

Maintain quality and consistency according to recipes and standards.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.

Support and train junior kitchen staff when needed
