Joulia, a boutique restaurant in Beirut renowned for its artisanal kebbeh and Mediterranean cuisine, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes to Joulia’s high standards

Manage your section efficiently during service

Maintain kitchen hygiene, organization, and consistency

Support the Head Chef in menu execution and specials

Requirements:

Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role

Strong knowledge of Lebanese/Mediterranean cuisine

Ability to work under pressure with precision and teamwork

Passion for quality and creativity in the kitchen
