???? Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service at one of our Coco-Riki retail branches. The ideal candidate is a team leader with experience in retail, inventory, and staff management.

✅ Key Responsibilities
☑️ Oversee all daily operations of the branch, including sales, inventory, and staff

☑️ Supervise and support indoor sales and cashier staff

☑️ Monitor branch performance and ensure sales targets are met

☑️ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

☑️ Manage stock levels, place supply orders, and prevent shortages

☑️ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

☑️ Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards

☑️ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management

☑️ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sustainability standards

✅ Qualifications
☑️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

☑️ 3+ years of experience in retail or branch management

☑️ Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

☑️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

☑️ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic retail systems

☑️ Fluent in Arabic; English or French is a plus

☑️ Knowledge of charcoal products or the retail FMCG industry is an advantage
