Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in all logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (import/export, shipping, warehousing, and transportation).
Handle customs documentation, shipping instructions, and freight arrangements.
Manage stock control and track inventory.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients and internal departments.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
Prepare accurate reports for management (delivery schedules, costs, and performance indicators).
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Support in resolving any logistics or supply chain issues.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Age between 25–30 years.
2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of customs procedures, import/export regulations, and logistics software.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic and/or French is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
