Assists in handling the daily reconciliation of cash
- Assists in handling freshies treatment/count on daily basis ahead of confirmation from Warehouse Controller
- Assists in monitoring the expiry date of all products received, and displayed
- Aids the Warehouse Controller in making sure that the reception of goods by vendors is accurate in terms of quantities and PO matching with the invoice
- Assists in filling the daily check list on Zenput with the Warehouse Controller
- Makes sure that any returned product by customers is properly returned to the stock
- Performs the cycle count as per the plan that is set by the senior inventory controller and management
- Handles the POPs checkup along with the warehouse controller
- Overlooks all products replenishment
- Prepares all transfers that are provided by the demand planning department in coordination with the Warehouse Controller
- Checks all open sales orders and reports them to the warehouse controller
- Checks open POs and reports it to the Warehouse Controller
- Prepares the return orders, in coordination with the Warehouse Controller
- Overlooks the proper implementation of the picking/ confirmation/assignment and delivery process of the order
- Assists in maintaining service quality assurance to guarantee customer satisfaction with the Warehouse Controller
- Assists in controlling proper organization/zoning/planogram of products in the warehouse as per the set guidelines with the Warehouse Controller
- Assists fit storage conditions and allocation of spaces
- Reports all damaged products (returnable and non-returnable) with reason and action
- Abides by the safety and quality standards set for the warehouse and the warehouse methodologies set as processes
- Performs other duties as assigned
