Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Beirut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our property portfolio, engaging with property owners, creating compelling listings, analyzing market trends, and guiding clients through the property acquisition process. A strong emphasis is placed on building lasting relationships and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

* Market Analysis and Farming:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify high-demand areas and potential property listings.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, including price fluctuations and emerging property hotspots.
• Owner Engagement:
• Proactively contact property owners to discuss potential listings and maintain ongoing communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to ensure a continuous flow of listings.

* Listing Creation and Management:
• Create attractive and accurate property listings on our platforms, ensuring they stand out in the market.
• Regularly update listings and optimize them for maximum visibility.

* Client Interaction and Property Showings:
• Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, effectively highlighting key features and benefits.

* Networking and Relationship Building:
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
• Leverage networking opportunities to expand business reach and influence.

* Sales Negotiation and Closing:
• Skillfully negotiate terms and facilitate agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Close deals successfully, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professional integrity.



Qualifications:

* Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful transactions and sales performance.

* Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate listing platforms.

* Language:
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.


Compensation:
• Competitive commission structure based on sales performance
