Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at our Jounieh or Zouk branch. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, at least 2 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in furniture, mattresses, or related fields), and should preferably reside in Jounieh, Zouk, or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing professional product knowledge and recommendations.

Understand customer needs and guide them in choosing the right products.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and invoices.

Ensure the showroom is always well-presented and stocked.

Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).

Preferably residing in Jounieh, Zouk, or nearby areas.

Flexible to work during weekends and on a rotating schedule.
