Requirements:
• Performing opening, mid and closing shift duties
• Managing daily operations including cleanliness, organization, upselling and staffing
• Providing exceptional customer service, thereby setting the standard for all employees
• Managing supplies deliveries and inventory
• Makes sure that all equipment and utensils are well cleaned and sanitized.
• Assists the Barista in preparing and serving all kind of cold and hot beverages whenever required.

Job Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor
• Previous experience in a Coffee shop
• Positive Attitude
• Flexible
• Fluent in English
