Actively seek out and identify potential new customers through cold calling and other outreach methods.
-Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as those of competitors, to better assist customers.
-Work to meet or exceed assigned sales goals, targets, and revenue objectives.
-Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with prospective clients to close sales.
-Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
-Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities to management.
-Analyze market potential and track sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales.
-Coordinate with marketing and other internal departments to align sales efforts with company programs and initiatives
