We are currently seeking a highly experienced Head Chef to serve as the Executive Chef for a well-established boutique hotel and its restaurants in Sierra Leone.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented culinary leader with strong expertise in international cuisine to join immediately.

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 7 years proven experience as a Head Chef in a 4–5 star hotel or renowned international restaurant.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing and innovating across diverse international cuisines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, manage, and motivate a multicultural kitchen team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Must be immediately available to relocate and begin work in Sierra Leone.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: USD 3,000 monthly, with an increase to USD 4,000 within two years.
