Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Commis to join our kitchen team in Kaslik. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and apply their skills while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Support in daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties.

Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (preferably casual dining).
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Organized, reliable, and eager to develop culinary skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
