We are searching for a strategic and detail-oriented Head of Finance to oversee all financial operations for our portfolio of companies. This role is responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of each venture, providing the founders and CEOs with the insights they need to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will be a financial leader who can manage capital, forecast growth, and prepare our companies for future funding rounds.

Responsibilities:

Manage all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the five companies.

Oversee all accounting, payroll, and financial reporting activities.

Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CEOs and founders.

Ensure compliance with all legal and financial regulations.

Lead fundraising efforts by preparing financial models, investor presentations, and due diligence documents.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a senior finance manager, controller, or Head of Finance, preferably in a startup environment.

Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and corporate finance.

Experience with fundraising and investor relations.

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
