Production Supervisor:
Nabat Organic is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of certified organic foods and beverages serving the Lebanese and Middle East market. Our team is continuously growing and we are currently looking for ethical, enthusiastic, and hardworking production supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Position Summary:
Provide overall leadership for the production lines in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, operator training and engagement. Through subordinates, monitors and evaluates the production process and recommends methods to optimize product yields, equipment operation and process control while reducing waste. Engages all employees in continuous improvement and fosters a positive work environment while developing a culture of ownership and accountability.

Job duties
•Manage and execute the production plans to meet targets and deadlines.
•Determine and distribute resources (workforce, equipment, raw material, etc) while optimizing production workflows.
•Diagnose equipment, ingredients and packaging issues. Coordinate with management or others as appropriate to solve production-related problems.
•Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines and work on resolving issues.
•Make sure all raw material conform to standards.
•Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
•Enforce Health and safety precautions.
•Provide status report to upper management.

Position competency requirements:
1-3+ Years of proven experience with deep understanding of industrial production/manufacturing methods (food manufacturing preferred).
2-Strong leadership and team management skills.
3-Computer skills: must be Proficient in MS Office (word, excel) and ERP software.
4-Outstanding planning and organization skills.
5-Excellent problem-solving skills.
6-Attention to Detail.
7-Bachelor degree in Electronics &/or Mechanics, Food Science & Technology, Biology or any related field.
