Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies tailored to our restaurant operations.
• Set up an efficient and effective procurement process that caters and adds value to the operations
• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Ensure timely procurement of all food items, beverages, packaging, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.
• Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with the kitchen and operations teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor delivery schedules, purchase orders (POs), and supplier performance.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice mismatches.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve quality.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure suppliers comply with food safety and quality standards.
• Generate monthly and quarterly procurement reports (e.g., spend by category, cost savings, supplier KPIs).
• Maintain up-to-date dashboards tracking procurement metrics.
• Collaborate with the finance team for budgeting, cost control, and invoice reconciliation.
• Manage vendor contracts, including renewals, evaluations, and terminations.
• Evaluate and implement procurement software/tools to streamline the purchasing process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and sustainability practices
