Sales Associate (Pharmacy – PM Shift, Dbayeh)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our Pharmacy in Dbayeh. This role is for the PM shift (with some flexibility) and requires someone motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-driven.

Key Responsibilities:
•Serve and assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new sales opportunities.
•Receive, price, and arrange incoming orders.
•Perform daily stock checks and maintain accurate records.
•Keep shelves and gondolas clean, organized, and well-presented.
•Conduct monthly stock reviews, including expiry date checks.
•Report issues promptly to management.
•Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.

Qualifications & Skills:
•Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail sales role is required.
•Strong customer service and communication skills.
•Attention to detail and organizational ability.
•Team player with the ability to work independently.
•Flexible to work AM shifts
