About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse & Stock Controller to join our pharmacy operations team. The role involves ensuring the smooth flow of products from receipt to display, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting sales with timely stock replenishment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
•Unload, receive, and ensure proper presentation of products on shelves according to FEFO (First Expiry, First Out).
•Verify supplier invoices against pharmacy orders before receiving products and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
•Inspect products for damages or inconsistencies, record findings, and coordinate reimbursements.
•Carry out stock-related tasks such as returning, preparing, and packing items.
•Conduct regular stock inventory in both the warehouse and pharmacy.
•Replenish stock as needed to ensure product availability.
•Maintain clean, organized storage zones.
•Prepare and process warehouse transfers.
•Handle merchandise according to quality and safety standards.
•Assist sales representatives in stock replenishment when required.
•Monitor stock movement daily, identifying slow- and fast-moving items.
•Distribute orders to respective departments efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:
•Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or stock control (preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting).
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
•Good communication and teamwork abilities.
•Knowledge of inventory systems is an advantage
