Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Shop Manager with a strong background in jewelry to lead our team in Antelias on a full-time, on-site basis. The Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure sales targets are met, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and store presentation. This role requires managing and motivating the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies that drive both revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect JEWELIVERY’s brand values.

Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock management, and coordinate with operations for replenishment.

Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Handle client escalations and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.

Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives in collaboration with management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Support the professional growth of team members through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Shop Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail sector.

Strong background in jewelry sales, product knowledge, and client relationship management.

Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with POS and retail management systems is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
