• Customer Satisfaction /Customer Complaints Handling
• Follow-up on Food Quality and Food Safety
• Waste Control
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Cost Optimization
• Brand Image
• Machinery and Equipment Effectiveness and Safety
• Daily Checklist
• Product Rollout / Training on New Products
• Team Management and Training
• Ordering / Receiving Goods
• Quality Management
