Job Summary:

We are looking for a marketing & communication specialist to help us in our data analysis and our overall marketing activities. The
marketing & communication specialist will be responsible for conducting & analyzing various reports, generating new ideas for the
company as well as following up with all the entities' marketing activities on a daily basis.


Duties and Responsibilities
● Develop Marketing Strategies
- Create marketing and advertising campaigns (online & offline) that will increase business’ sales and bring in
new customers.
- Conduct meetings with the technical or sales departments to understand the details of the products and discuss
strategies with them
- Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
- Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
● Implement Communication Strategies
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media,
and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across different platforms, such as Google Ads, social media
ads, and display networks.
- Utilize retargeting techniques to re-engage e-commerce website visitors and increase conversion rates.
- Implement strategies for account growth on e-commerce platforms, including customer acquisition, retention,
and loyalty programs.
- Optimize the user experience and conversion rate on the platform, including conducting A/B tests, analyzing
user behavior, and implementing improvements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing
campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to improve organic search rankings and increase
visibility on e-commerce platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to ensure a consistent brand
voice and cohesive marketing strategies.
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives to stakeholders and management.
● Conduct Sales Analysis
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
- Creating detailed sales analysis reports
- Creating presentations showcasing different sales results
● Conduct Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify business trends and customers’ needs and desires as well as opportunities
for promotion and growth
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affect
marketing strategies
- Analyze data and conduct surveys to gather the necessary information and interpret the data to create
successful marketing strategies

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, General Business or other related fields
- Min 3+ years of Marketing experience in a Oil & Gas/ Engineering/ Service or FMCG company
- Masters Degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
