PROFILE: 
* 5-10 years of experience in financial management.
* Proficiency in Arabic, English and/or French.
* Detail-oriented, well-organized, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, able to perform under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
* Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
* Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to team members.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
* Analyze company operations to identify opportunities and areas for reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
* Coordinate with all stakeholders to prioritize planning and ensure alignment with company goals.
* Study long-range economic trends and project company prospects for future growth in sales, market share, and potential acquisitions or expansion into new product areas.
* Estimate requirements for capital, land, buildings, and workforce expansion.
Maintain customer confidence and protecting operations through confidentiality.
* Stay up-to-date with new legislation, rules, and regulations set by government entities (e.g. ministry of finance, ministry of labor).
