We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our projects, ensure smooth execution, and provide outstanding customer and technical follow-up.

• Coordinate with customers on installation, setup, and after-sales needs.
• Provide technical support to customers and the sales team on systems and devices.
• Supervise site activities, testing, and commissioning in coordination with the Project Supervisor.
• Prepare and submit visit reports, ensuring customer signatures and proper documentation.
• Handle customer complaints, maintenance, and repair requests, escalating when needed.
• Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with drawings and designs.
• Stay updated on new technologies and products relevant to the department.
• Installation of Home automation and Video Phone, Testing, and commissioning.
• Panel board assembly of sold systems.
• Prepare Autocad Drawings.
• Knowledge in Home Automation (KNX, Bticino/Legrand SCS), Low Current (DES, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Security Systems, Access Control).

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / TS/LT Technical or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination, technical support, or after-sales.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
