Duties & Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Take and serve food & Beverage orders promptly and accurately.

• Present and promote daily specials and upsell menu items.

• Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are clean and well-prepared.

• Maintain professional grooming and personal presentation standards .

• Assist with beverage service, including preparing cocktails, coffee, and tea.
• Handle payments and billing with accuracy.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any complaints effectively.

• Support team members to maintain smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment .
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of beverages and food service standards (barista or cocktail skills are a plus).
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented with a guest-focused mindset
