Tasks & Responsibilities:
o Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries of tools, parts, and materials
o Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
o Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of items
o Issue materials to technicians based on approved requisitions
o Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system data
o Track stock movements and generate inventory reports
o Coordinate restocking with procurement and logistics teams
o Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store
o Handle returns of defective or excess stock to suppliers
o Assist in forecasting materials for upcoming projects.
Skills:
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Good organizational and time management skills.
o Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word).
o Ability to lift or move materials safely.
o Knowledge of air conditioning components and spare parts is an added advantage.
Related Experience:
o 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management (preferably in construction or air conditioning industry).
Education:
o Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse tasks
