Liban Lait, a leader in the Lebanese FMCG dairy market, is looking for a Sales Supervisor to drive growth, coverage, and visibility across assigned territories.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will:
✅ Lead & motivate a team of sales representatives
✅ Ensure full route-to-market execution (coverage, distribution, shelf share)
✅ Monitor & achieve sales KPIs and monthly targets
✅ Build strong relationships with key accounts & retail partners
✅ Coach, train & support your team for maximum productivity
What we’re looking for:
???? 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (at least 1–2 in a supervisory role)
???? Strong leadership & people management skills
???? Results-driven mindset with solid analytical abilities
???? Valid driving license & flexibility to travel
